Barbells with Breast Friends

"Barbells with Breast Friends” is a breast cancer awareness event and fundraiser for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund. This is a 24 hour event for teams of 6 starting on Saturday, October 29 2022 at 9am.

Every hour for 24 hours a new CrossFit workout will start and team members will all work together for the first two and last two workouts, then work in pairs for all of the other workouts. 

Anyone is welcome to join the event, no prior CrossFit experience is needed.
