60 Minute Mayhem

EACH TEAMMATE SHOULD REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY!

Cohasset Maritime Institute & CrossFit SciCoh are partnering together for the 1st Annual 60 Minute Mayhem Event!

Hosted at CrossFit SciCoh (754 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy, Cohasset).

DETAILS
  • Mixed Teams of 4 (Must have at least 1 gentleman and 1 lady)
  • 1 Hour, 1 Erg - team rows as many meters as possible.
  • 2 Divisions: 
    • Open (Team avg. age < 40yrs)
    • Masters (Team avg. age = 40+)
  • $25/person (i.e. $100/team)
LIMITED TO 16 TEAMS!

7:30AM - 8:00AM    FREE Rowing/Technique Lesson
7:30AM - 8:15AM    Registration & Warm Up (ergs will be available from 8-8:15 after the lesson)
8:15AM - 8:30AM    Welcome & Brief the Day
8:30AM - 9:30AM    Row
9:30AM - 10:00AM  Awards and Close
